Licensing & Usage

All our products are licensed under the GNU general public license. That is, upon purchase, you are free to modify the product for personal or commercial projects, as you may like. There is no capping.

Product licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased products.  License keys may be renewed from your products dashboard page.

Updates and Warranty

We make sure that all products are compatible with the latest version of WordPress (latest version on the release date of product). However, we do not lay any guarantee that these products will be compatible with future versions of WordPress.

Also we don’t lay any claim that the products provided by us will be compatible with all the browsers. Make sure to first check the demo in the browser you wish to use.

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license, then updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.  View our license key activation guide if you still need to activate your license key.

Support Services

We offer products that are tested for compatibility with WordPress and coded to the WordPress guidelines. We do not lay any claim that these products will work exactly per your desire with third-party plugins, or deprecated plugins due to WordPress upgrades. Also, we don’t give any support for the customization, installation or any modification of WordPress. Once you purchased any of our products, you will have access to the support forums to submit questions related to the product, but not via email. Upon purchase, you automatically receive access to the support forum using the login credentials setup during the purchase process.

Support for purchased products is provided as long as you have an active license key for that product.  If your license key is not valid or has expired, then you must renew it to receive support again.

We offer support for the latest version of our products and operating on the latest version of WordPress. If you are running a theme over 2 years old, we respectfully request that you upgrade to the latest version – updates are free! Issues caused by outdated themes or WordPress installations will not be addressed.

In case of installation and/or implementation questions or errors, we may need to request temporary FTP and WordPress admin credentials.

Refunds Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do NOT issue refunds after the product is delivered. You are responsible for understanding this condition upon purchasing.

  • Please make sure that you’ve carefully read all relevant documentation.
  • Please ensure you have viewed the live demo of the product. What you see is what you get.
  • Finally, you have the option to ask all questions prior to purchasing via our Contact page.

Given the availability of these fully accessible resources prior to purchase, refunds are NOT possible on digital files already delivered. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 30 days after the delivery time.


We hold complete rights to approve or reject any sales and reserve complete rights to alter any product price at anytime with or without notice.

Affiliate Program

Affiliates and buyers cannot be the same person in order to process a successful affiliate sale. Refunded or fraudulent sales will be removed from affiliate commissions automatically by the system.
