1. Onboarding, Set-Up, and Customer Service
Congratulations!  Since you’re now officially supported by 99 Robots, we’ll need to get to know each other. We’ll send you a thoughtful welcome email with the intent of scheduling an onboarding phone call to review your current website technology and your goals as a business.
On our call we’ll go over the goals of your site, your expectations, and how we can help. We will:
- Name your robot! (yes, really)
- Create a new WordPress account.
- Review your existing plugins and themes with us.
- Grant us permission to deal with those pesky hosting customer service reps! (access to your hosting and domain accounts)
- If something happens, we’ll be able to quickly work with the host to resolve any issues – we speak their language after all.
2. A Detailed Web Audit
After we begrudgingly hang up with you, we set your new robot loose on your site to give it a chance to get comfortable. It will collect bytes of information about your site – existing themes & plugins, post counts, users, database tables, etc – so we can look at what your site needs and what it already does well.
This helps us program our robot to effectively manage your site and gives us a chance to ask you any questions about your current website setup.
3. A Thorough Web Foundation
We have finally collected all the information we need to start taking care of the nuts and bolts at your website’s foundation.

Naturally, this list will change depending on your site needs and existing elements, but we work to ensure that your site is running fast and secure.
4. Ongoing Web Maintenance
Now that your robot has optimized your website for security and speed, it will need to continually monitor your site for the following:
- Have there been any attacks?
- Does anything need to be updated?
- Is a plugin no longer supported?
- Is everything running smoothly?
Both our robot and our staff will continue to be the backbone of your website – ensuring your site is backed up weekly and absent of malicious code.
