    Here’s what I’m doing:

    1. Add the widget to the sidebar, adjust its settings, and save.
    2. View the post page where it’s supposed to appear, nothing there.
    3. Refresh the widgets page, and the widget doesn’t appear in the sidebar anymore.

    Thoughts?

    Hello Ryan,

    Welcome to the community :)

I am not sure this is a problem is the plugin itself but maybe with other plugin (i.e. a plugin conflict).

We have a documentation page about having a plugin or theme conflict on your site.

Do you have a testing site, or a staging area?

I have not heard of a problem like that before, so you must have a very large amount of users :)

We will absolutely look into this.

I am not sure how money authors you have on your site, but you might need to increase your maximum memory limit. Here a documentation page on how to do that.
